What should I include?
The address and postcode, whether the shutter is manual or electric, roughly how wide it is, what it is doing and when it started. Photos of the shutter box, guides and any damage help the engineer bring the right parts.
Is it an emergency?
If your shutter is stuck open or shut and you cannot secure the premises or trade, phone rather than email so the job can be prioritised.
